Wrench’s Fun Fact: Zombie Attack!

Defending your base is your primary duty as a member of the Dragon or Scorpion Team in Eat My Dust. Therefore, the first to remember when you hear the alarm go off is to rush to the nearest gates and help wipe out the zombies that attempt to infiltrate your zone.

Zombie Attack Gate

Entering the gates to face the zombies is essentially a survival combat to see how many zombies you can destroy before your health runs out. Before you go through the gates, be sure to stock up on your weapon ammos to ensure that you are fully prepared to take on a wave of zombies. Also, maneuver your killing machine through the area to avoid the cluster of zombies attacking your vehicle. Every driver that steps behind the wheel of a racing machine to hit the road will always have one thing in common. They have all earned a license to drive! The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is known for being a symbol of the American heritage and one of the world’s greatest racecourses. It was built over 100 years ago in 1909 as a testing track, but now has become the host of many history defining moments. The Speedway is also a facility that can house the most spectators in the world, with more than 250,000 permanent seats.

The most significant and epic event that takes place on this racetrack annually is the Indianapolis 500 (Indy 500). This is a 500 mile race held on Memorial Day weekend every year, where drivers need to complete 200 laps to race to victory and honor. The Indy 500 is considered to be the top three most prestigious events in automobile racing around the world.

Unlike Formula One, drivers use Indy cars to race in the Indy 500. The Indy cars are designed for oval track racing and must follow a standardized set of specifications so that all the cars in the race are identical, except for the cosmetics. On the other hand, Formula One cars are designed and created from scratch every year. Therefore, the cars may look similar to one another, but the performance and features may be entirely different. The only similarity that Indy cars and Formula One cars have is being open wheeled, which means that the wheels are outside the single-seated car’s main body.

Wrench’s Fun Fact: The Deadly Combination

Are tired of being dusted in every race? Do you want to know what the secrets to creating the deadliest racing car on the streets are? Your performance on the race tracks and your ability to complete missions in Eat My Dust is highly depended on how you put together your racing machine. Specs

Speed is obviously one of the most important functions you need to pay attention to. As you rank up, you can unlock special car components that can help you enhance the speed and acceleration of your car dramatically. However, you should also consider boosting your offroad and handling specifications as it is important to learn how to control your car so you don’t end up flying off the road or crashing into obstacles because you were driving too fast.

Also, switching up your driver can also help you boost your cars performance. You can pick from Ninja heads, to pumpkin heads, to skulls. However, be sure to try out a few different drivers to find the one that best suits your technique and skills. Lastly, gear up your car with the fiercest weapon you can find and start terminating the zombies!

The Evolution of the Automobile

With all the advancements and custom cool features that you’re able to add to your Eat My Dust car, how much do you actually know about the evolution of the automobile from its original inception as a steam powered vehicle in the late 1700s? Before you hop behind the wheel and speed on over to the Racing circuit to compete in your next race, take some time to read through this brief history of the earliest automobiles!

First Mercedes car ever! Ever!

The modern gas fueled car that you now today did not really make its way onto the scene until the early 1800s with many citing 1886 as the year of the first modern car. It was in this year that two of the major players in the race to create the first car, Karl Friedrich Benz and Gottlieb Daimler filed their patents on their transportation vehicles. Cars did not become mass market items until the early 1900s, as the new industrial era enabled automobile icons like Henry Ford to bring cars from the aristocratic elite to the larger market in the United States.
